Like...I'm not completely sold on the relationship between Edward and Bella. I mean...they...what? Why do they love each other? I feel like I'm missing something because all I've seen them do is...kiss...and....not say what they really want to say....and...I don't get it. are they in love with each other? ...sure. Even that I'm not sure about and I'll say why. But I also don't like the idea of Bella being COMPLETELY absorbed by this guy. That she doesn't seem to have much of a personality to begin with and then her life revolves around Edward! It's past "love" to infatuation...obsession hence the drug analogies they keep throwing in there but GAH! I just don't like the idea of depending on someone else to complete oneself. And so...do they really love each other? She likes him-he's "built" to attract. His scent/breath whatever, his looks, etc etc. He likes her...smell...? Is it just me or does this relationship seem really shallow? He likes her because he can't read her mind? Because of her human tendencies? What happens when she ceases to be a human? I find Bella to be painfully clingy and needy and obsessed and a bit of a masochist. It also seems like Bella is clinging harder to the relationship than Edward is. Okay yeah he was gonna go kill himself and stuff but why all that talk in Eclipse about him moving on if he had in fact gone back to see she was okay with Jacob? Why tell her that he's okay with her leaving him for Jacob if it "makes her happy"?? I DON'T GET IT! He complains and growls and seems not okay and then he says that he is. What?? Well at least something good will come of Bella becoming a vamp. I won't have to read about her endless trips and falls and scrapes and plain klutziness.
